PROJECT ORGANISATION
Azhar’s aim in running each project is to deliver
a well designed multidisciplinary response to the brief .
We consider a teamwork approach towards delivering
an appropriate solution.. Design review meetings are held wit
all team members to review progress to evolve an appropriate solution.
The Client is a key team member,
A detailed programme and plan of action is established,
in order to deliver efficently each stage of the project.
Continuous design reports are issued at all stages
of workin order to monitor and sign off the key decisions. A final
design report is produced a summary of all key decisions.
An overall Project Manager will administer each
project.
There are essentially three phases
- Feasibiity
- Pre-Construction
- Construction
They can be further broken down into stages, indicated below:

B: Strategic Briefing
Pre-Construction
C: Outline Proposals
D: Detailed Proposals
E: Final Proposals
F: Production Information
G: Tender Documentation
H: Tender Action
Construction
J: Mobilisation
K: Construction to Practical Completion
L: After Practical Completion
Note: The client’s permission will be obtained
before proceeding to subsequent stages
