Consultants "Guest House"

The form of this 16 room guest house for international consultants are designed around a logical floor-plate.
 
The form arises by creating a compact form, which "leans" towards the sun.
The layout is arranged around a central spine which allows all services  to be engineered efficiently. All en-suite bathrooms are naturally ventilated.
The project includes Solar PV and thermal panels.
