A competition winning scheme for the an apartment building, with commercial use on the ground floor.
 
This project in collaboration with Jan Stoermer, is a mixed use development for an insurance company.
The project resolves a corner site in a prestigious area of Hamburg, by breaking up the programmatic elements into distinct forms, i.e. shopping, residential, offices.
The project, chosen from an invited competition, broke down the urban scale and responded to the varying conditions of the site by its elemental approach.
