An energy efficient tower, incorporating renewable energy, on Karachi beach

AZHAR architecture is currently designing a high rise tower project, on Clifton beach, in Karachi, Pakistan. The tower is zoned with a retail base on the first 6 floors, and a hotel from podium level up.

The tower has been modelled taking into account wind direction and enhancing to be used for natural ventilation and cooling. The project is being modelled in a wind tunnel, to optimise the shape and
