PROCESS: PROJECT ORGANISATION

Azhar’s aim in running each project is to deliver a well designed multidisciplinary response to the brief .

We consider a teamwork approach towards delivering an appropriate solution.
Design review meetings are held wit all team members to review progress to evolve an appropriate solution.
The Client is always a key team member,

A detailed programme and plan of action is established, in order to deliver efficiently each stage of the project.

Continuous design reports are issued at all stages of working order to monitor and sign off the key decisions. A final design report is produced a summary of all key decisions.

An overall Project Manager will administer each project.
